Industrial units in Himachal Pradesh  fulfilling conditions are eligible for -

• 100%  outright excise duty exemption for a period of 10 years

• 100%  income tax exemption for a period of  5 years

• Capital Subsidy @ 15% of investment in Plant & Machinery  with a  maximum ceiling of  Rs.30 Lakhs

Plots available for auction :-                          Approximately   35 Nos. ranging from

500 sq. mtrs to 3000 sq. mtrs

Note:-  The exact area of plots shall be confirmed at the time of possession.  

Broad Terms & Conditions:-  

1.                  The plots are being auctioned only for  industrial purposes.  

2.                  The bidders shall have to deposit Rs.5,000/- in cash as Registration Money before taking part in the auction which is refundable to the unsuccessful bidders at the end of the auction.  

3.                  The successful bidders shall be required to deposit 10% of the bid amount including registration money on the fall of hammer in cash/bank draft (payable to HPSIDC Shimla) and balance 90% shall be payable within one month from the date of auction by Bank draft failing which the 10% bid amount shall be forfeited.  

4.                  The allotment of these plots for industrial purpose shall be governed by detailed terms and conditions which may be seen in the Office of the Executive Engineer, HP SIDC Limited, Baddi at the time of auction and shall form part of the auction.  

5.                  The site plans of the industrial plots can be seen in the Office of the Executive Engineer, HP SIDC Limited, Baddi one week before the date of auction and shall also be displayed at the place of auction. Interested parties are requested to visit the site before taking part in the auction. No representation shall be entertained with regard to shape and size of the plots afterwards.  

6.                  The allotees shall have to obtain all statutory & regulatory clearances from the competent State authorities. HPSIDC shall provide facilitation services for the same.  

7.                  The Corporation reserves the right to accept/reject any bid or withdraw any plot from auction at discretion without assigning any reasons thereof.
