AUCTION NOTICE
The open auction of dismantled machinery of M/s Woodland Lamps Pvt.Ltd., Baddi having assessed value of Rs.1.25 lacs shall be held in the Office of Executive Engineer, H.P.SIDC.Ltd., Industrial area Baddi, Distt. Solan (H.P.) on 28.10.2009 at 1.00 P.M. on as is where is whatever there is basis. Prospective bidders may deposit registration money of Rs.20,000/- in cash or through D.D. in favour of H.P.SIDC.Ltd. payable at Shimla/Baddi before 12.00 noon with the Executive Engineer. They may inspect the machinery by contacting Executive Engineer, HPSIDC on 27.10.2009. The successful bidder shall have to deposit the entire bid amount on the fall of hammer failing which his bid will be cancelled and registration money forfeited. The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason thereof.
